Watch: Youth caught exfiltrating Kashmir returned to families

Indian Army and Police handed over four youths, who were held while exfiltrating north Kashmir, to their families.

In a press conference Commander Girish Kalia said, “we handed over all arrested youth to their families after proper counselling. Earlier the army had said all those who are picking guns will be killed. So far forces have been extremely successful in keeping a check on new recruitment.”
