Bengaluru: Air Pollution has reached the severe category in New Delhi and while citizens gasp for breath, politicians play the blame game. Back in 2011, a report by the World Health Organisation reported that Delhi had exceeded the maximum particulate matter 10 limit by almost 10 times. Now, the effects are much worse.
