This is the first visit of MP Rahul Gandhi to his constituency Wayanad in Kerala after the Lok Sabha election victory
Wayanad: Congress president and Wayanad MP Rahul Gandhi arrived in Kerala on Friday (June 7). He is on a three-day trip to the state to thank the people of his constituency for voting him. Fifteen public receptions have been planned in the constituency over the next three days.
Rahul reached Kerala's Malappuram on Friday afternoon. He will hold roadshows and meetings in Nilambur, Kalikavu, Edavanna and Areekode today. On Saturday, he will travel to Wayanad. Six public receptions are planned in Wayanad. Rahul won the Wayanad Lok Sabha seat by a margin of over four lakh votes.
