Uttar Pradesh Muslim police officer performs Krishna Janmashtami puja

Lalitpur: Uttar Pradesh Police inspector Captain NM Baig, who is attached to the Janpad station, performed puja of Lord Krishna on the occasion of Krishna Janmashtami and spread the message of religious harmony. He performed puja for 30 minutes following all the rituals at Mukti Dham Mandir. The Musilm officer not only took part in the celebrations, but also performed puja himself, setting an example. Earlier, during the Shivarathri festival, he had performed puja to Lord Shiva at Thaneshwar Temple in Samasthipur in Uttar Pradesh. He is also a popular policeman for maintaining law and order without any compromises.
