Large crowds had gathered at Ahmedabad as US President Donald Trump landed with First Lady Melania on Monday, when he began the first leg of his grand India visit. Trump arrived at Ahmedabad at 11.30 am, following which he visited the Sabarmati Ashram. Following a massive road show along with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he attended the Namaste Trump event at the Motera Stadium in Gujarat. After the Namaste Trump event, Trump and Melania left for Agra, for their Taj Mahal visit. Following the Taj Mahal visit, the first couple landed at the Palam Airport and reached the ITC Maurya amidst high security.
