Chennai: A 36-year-old woman from Tamil Nadu's Madurai has taken the initiative to enlighten people about the problems and risks each person faces due to open defecation.

Selvi (36) has constructed as many as 5,000 toilets for the people of Sakkimangalam in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
