Madurai: Tamil Nadu's Sriman, all of 15 years old, has made his police father and home maker mother proud after winning several gold medals in rifle shooting. He now hopes to participate at the national level.
He won his first gold in the regional rifle shooting competition and won another gold in Delhi.
Sriman is now selected for the School Games Federation of India (SGFI) event where he hopes to return with a gold once again.
“Being a policeman’s son, winning gold in these competitions is truly a proud feeling,” exclaimed Sriman, who is a student at Madurai's Kendriya Vidyalaya school.
