Kattankudy: In what came as a shocking revelation, a 10-acre-land in Kattankudy which was allegedly used as a training camp by Zahran Hashim, the mastermind behind the Easter Day attacks, was discovered by security forces.
According to reports, it is said that the location was allegedly used for experimenting with explosives made by a team led by Zahran Hashim. Kattankudy Police also alleged that the land owner has been arrested in this regard.
Further investigation revealed that the land next to the training camp was owned by Zahran's cousin, Rilwan, who was recently arrested in Saudi Arabia.
Reports stated that training for suicide bombing and manufacture of explosives have also been carried out in this camp.
