Srinagar: National Security Advisor (NSA) Ajit Doval who is in Srinagar after the abrogation of Article 370, interacted with police and security personnel of the region.
Doval had carried out a recce of Srinagar to assess the situation at ground zero on Monday when Muslims celebrated Eid-al-Adha.
NSA Ajit Doval had visited sensitive areas in Srinagar and found that Eid celebrations were peaceful.
Doval interacted with the security forces and appreciated them for putting in long working hours in order to ensure law and order situation in maintained.
He also visited areas such as Budgam, Pulwama and Awantipora districts to assess the situation.
