For the last few days, errant vehicle users have been paying exorbitant sums as fines for violating traffic rules. While they say it is not practical and pragmatic of the government to impose such fines and beg for infrastructure amelioration (which is legitimate) they can’t violate traffic rules, endangering the lives of others.
