Kerala, the most literate state in India, has landed in controversy by spreading misinformation about HIV in Class 10 biology textbook, where it says the disease could spread with pre-marital and extra-marital sex. In view of the International Women's Day on March 8, Indian domestic airline Vistara has announced a new scheme for women passengers. The airline will provide sanitary napkins to women passengers, based on their request. Separatist leader and Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front chairman Yasin Malik has been booked under the Public Safety Act on Thursday. He would also be shifted to Kot Balwal Jail in Jammu district.
