Maharashtra: Ahead of Congress-NCP-Shiv Sena talks, Uddhav Thackeray meets Sharad Pawar

Mumbai: Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray, his son Aaditya Thackeray and party leader Sanjay Raut on November 22 met Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Sharad Pawar at latter’s residence in Mumbai. The Congress and the NCP will hold talks with the Sena in Mumbai on Friday as well as their other pre-poll allies -- Peasants Workers Party, Samajwadi Party, Swabhimani Paksh and CPI(M) to discuss the modalities of government formation in Maharashtra. Both Congress and NCP have held several rounds of meeting in Delhi after which former Maharashtra chief minister and Congress leader Prithviraj Chavan said both the parties had unanimity on all issues.
