Kolar: KC Valley water turns green due to pollutants; people see red over the issue

Kolar: The KC Valley in Kolar has turned green, thanks to industries leaving polluted water to the water body without treating it properly. The stream that is seen from Narasapur tank and Dinne Hosahalli has turned green, due to the presence of pollutants. People have expressed anger against the KC Valley project officials. The residents of the surrounding areas have demanded that the water be treated in at least three stages before being left to KC Valley.
