Karnataka Speaker Ramesh Kumar's surprise visit to government hospital turns violent

Kolar: Karnataka Assembly Speaker Ramesh Kumar paid a surprise visit to the district hospital in Srinivaspur, Kolar. During his visit he found that the hospital neither had necessary facilities nor medicines in the pharmacy. Angered by this, Ramesh Kumar took medical doctor Vijay Kumar to task. He asked whether the doctors were here in hand-in-glove with private hospitals by intentionally not providing facilities in order to force patients to go to private hospitals.
