Udupi: A two-wheeler showroom caught fire near the Indrali railway bridge in the district of Udupi (Karnataka) on Sunday (June 23). The showroom is housed in the second floor of a three-storeyed building. What’s more dangerous is that this building is housed next to a petrol bunk and has made people more anxious. Two fire tenders were rushed to the spot.
It is said that a short-circuit might have been the reason for the fire. The fire has reduced two-wheeler spare parts and furniture to ashes. Not just that, even brand new two wheelers were gutted in the fire, taking the total losses to crores of rupees.
