Bengaluru: Karnataka BJP president BS Yeddyurappa has urged the chief minister HD Kumaraswamy to move the vote of confidence motion on Monday (July 15) itself.

It might be recalled that the Supreme Court had scheduled the next hearing on the issue of MLAs’ resignations on Tuesday (July 16). Till then, the apex court had asked the Assembly Speaker Ramesh Kumar to maintain status quo.

Incidentally, Ramalinga Reddy, the Congress MLA from BTM Layout (Bengaluru) is supposed to meet the Speaker on the same day (July 13) over his resignation.
