Koppal: Kushtagi Police on Wednesday (July 3) arrested two men for illegally selling marijuana in Koppal district. The accused are identified as Kalappa (48) and Hiregowda (35) who hail from Koppal district.
Police recovered about 2.83 kg of marijuana, costing Rs 63,450, from the accused. Also, Rs 3,100 was recovered from the accused who got the money after selling the drug.
A case has been registered on the two culprits at Kushtagi Police station under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, and investigation is underway.
