Bengaluru: BJP leaders, who staged a two-day sit-in protests against Karnataka government's move to sell 3667 acres of land to Jindal Steel (JSW), were on their way to lay siege to chief minister's official house Krishna, when the police stopped them at Shivananda Circle in Bengaluru. The rally of the BJP leaders was forcibly cut short as the police arrested BJP state president BS Yeddyurappa and dragged leader R Ashok, before pushing him into a bus and arresting him. This led to an argument between the police and the BJP leaders.
