In an innovative way to pay respects to the motherland, India, a diver in Puducherry, went underwater to hoist the tricolour. The diver went 60 feet underwater to hold the national flag making it look like the wind was blowing it, when the currents were bringing in the effect.
The diver and his team is preparing for an underwater march past next year.
