Income Tax department official arrested for accepting bribe in Bengaluru

Bengaluru: The Central Bureau of Investigation in Bengaluru caught an Income Tax official red-handed while accepting bribe.
The I-T official had demanded Rs 20 lakh as bribe to botch up an investigation against a managing director of a real estate firm, Windsor Garden Pvt Ltd. 
The managing director complained to the CBI who laid a trap to catch the I-T official. 
The arrest was made while he was accepting the bribe amount at a coffee shop in Bengaluru's Jayanagar.
