DMK chief MK Stalin will not be meeting Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on May 13 in Chennai. Stalin has declined appointment citing by-election campaigning in Tamil Nadu. The situation in communally sensitive Trilokpur area of East Delhi is tense after two dead cows were recovered near a park on Wednesday.
