A Pakistan commando, who captured and tortured Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman when his IAF jet crashed in Pakistani territory in February, has been reportedly killed in a firing by Indian forces along the Line of Control. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) arrested Ratul Puri, nephew of Madhya Pradesh chief minister Kamal Nath, from Delhi in connection with a Rs 354 crore bank fraud case. Former Union minister P Chidambaram who faces arrest in the INX media case failed to gain an audience in the Supreme Court after the Delhi HC dismissed his anticipatory bail plea.
