Madurai: The AIADMK MLA RB Udayakumar took a dig at the DMK stating that the party is a “zero” and whoever they join hands with, they too will remain a “zero”.
The MLA made these comments when he was at a party event where a pooja was performed on a plot of land for the district collectorate complex worth Rs 5 crore.
Addressing the media in Madurai, Udayakumar said, “The alliance between AIADMK and BJP are towards development. There will be few more parties who will join us.”
Udayakumar also went on to say that the DMK and DMDK are like oil and water. “They will not be able to mix well,” he said and added, “the DMK is zero and adding any more zeroes, it will only remain a zero.”
He also said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is working towards the development of the country. “PM Modi’s stern action against terrorism has left the world in awe,” said Udayakumar.
