Bengaluru: While there are many who advocate not killing cows, here's a story where this has actually been implemented. Bengaluru Police were checking vehicles during lockdown and that is when Baiyappanahalli Police inspector Mohammed Rafi rescued a calf that was being smuggled. After rescuing the calf, the police officer stationed the calf at the station. It's been 16 days since the calf is at the police station and the animal has been in the company of inspector Rafi, who feeds her 15-16 litres of milk every day. The calf and the inspector have become an inseparable duo and the police officer assured to look after the cow all his life.
