Congress releases video of bogus voting in Kerala

Kasaragod: Kerala Congress leader Sudhakaran said that CPM was responsible for the bogus votes cast in Kasaragod and Kannur Lok Sabha constituencies. The CPM is doing undemocratic practices and doing injustice, he alleged.

The Congress has alleged there was bogus voting in Kasaragod and Kannur constituencies and released video footage of the same.

In the video, people including woman panchayat president and former panchayat member can be seen casting votes twice. Saleena PP, a CPI (M) panchayat member, was seen casting votes two times in the same booth. Another CPI (M) leader Sumayya KP, P Padmini and four others were seen casting more than one vote.

Meanwhile, a local leader who was standing in the booth was seen distributing fake voter ID cards.
