Congress leader wants proof of IAF airstrike on Pakistan's Balakot

At a time when entire India stands firmly behind the Indian security forces for avenging Pulwama attacks, the opposition isn't tiring of scepticism. After Congress president Rahul Gandhi sought proof of the IAF airstrike, with Randeep Singh Surjewala holding an elaborate press conference demanding evidence, now its leader, MLC Haribhau Rathod, has made a controversial remark.

Congress leader says, 'Not even an ant' died in IAF attack

In a video that has gone viral, Rathod is heard saying, "They threw a bomb there, and said we attacked Pakistan, 350 people died. There was not a single dead body, it is so false.  Why is all this happening now? Everything is a game of emotions."

If questioning the IAF wasn't damaging enough, the Congress leader chose to use the most objectionable language against the Prime Minister of India. "It is an effort to play with the feelings of people and distract attention from all issues. And then Modi, Modi, Modi, Modi… Put it in the back", said Rathod.

The IAF went deep inside Pakistan on February 26 to bomb one of the key terror breeding grounds, the training camp of Jaish-e-Mohammed that took responsibility of the Pulwama massacre, and successfully destroyed it with Israeli precision bombs.
