Mumbai: Congress leader Yashomati Thakur on Friday (July 19) created a ruckus with police officials after they stopped her from meeting Shrimant Patil, the party's MLA from Karnataka, who is admitted to the state-run St George's Hospital.

According to reports, Patil had complained of chest pain and was rushed to the hospital. He is admitted in a VIP room on the ground floor.

However, reportedly, the hospital does not have any medical facilities to treat cardiac-related illnesses. Reacting to this, Thakur questioned the line of treatment that was being provided to the MLA.
