Mangaluru: Cafe Coffee Day owner VG Siddhartha is missing from Karnataka’s Mangaluru and search is on to trace him from River Nethravathi River in Mangaluru, where he was last spotted, on Monday night (July 29). But in a shocking development, a fisherman named Simon D'Souza has told the media that he saw a man jumping into the river at around 7 pm, last evening (July 29). As he was at a distance from where the man jumped, he couldn't save the man. It is not confirmed if Siddhartha jumped into the river, but as there is no other road and Siddhartha went missing from near the bridge, it is speculated that he might have jumped into the river. Siddhartha is the son-in-law of former foreign minister and chief minister of Karnataka, SM Krishna.
