Hitting hard at the Congress, BJP leader TR Srinivas said that the Congress wants to come to power, and thus are trying to mislead the youth in India.
Hyderabad: BJP leader TR Srinivas said Congress' Rahul Gandhi and his mother Sonia Gandhi are misleading the students and they are protesting against the Citizenship Amendment Bill. This entire agitation against CAB is well planned and orchestrated by the Congress and its allies, he added.
CAB intends to offer citizenship and dignity to fleeing minority members from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan whose preamble in their constitution is Islam first. "And our effort to throw out illegal immigrants through NRC is justified as they pose a threat to our national security," he said.
