Bengaluru: Water tank collapses killing three; 12 rescued

An under-construction water tank in Jogappa Layout, Nagavara, Bengaluru, collapsed. The fire department with rescue officers are at the spot. While 12 have been rescued, three are reported dead. The police say that they fear one is still trapped.
