Article 370 scrapped: Women and children celebrate in Greater Noida

Greater Noida: Indians continued to celebrate the scrapping of Article 370 and declaration of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh as union territories. People in Uttar Pradesh’s Greater Noida came out on the streets with drums and trumpets and danced with slogans praising the Narendra Modi government for taking a bold step. Women took the lead and danced on streets on Tuesday (August 6). Even children joined them as slogans of 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai' were being shouted out. The crowd also distributed sweets to the people who had gathered and celebrated the occasion.
