Vijayawada: In a shocking incident, a 23-year-old woman was brutally murdered by her former husband on Sunday (August 11). The accused is identified as Pradeep Kumar and the deceased is Mani Kranthi.
The duo had a love marriage a few years ago and due to internal fights, they divorced in 2018. To seek revenge over separation, Pradeep beheaded his former wife on a road and later dumped the severed head into Eluru Canal. He surrendered to Vijayawada Police. The accused has been taken into police custody.
