AIADMK's lone MP criticises Congress; vows to work on Madurai Bodi railway project

Theni: Deputy chief minister O Panneerselvam’s son OP Ravindranath Kumar, who is the lone winner from the AIADMK in the Theni constituency in Tamil Nadu addressed the media in Aandipatti where he said he would thank the people who voted him to power by working for them relentlessly.

Speaking to reporters, Ravindranath Kumar hit back at Congress's EVKS Elangovan who had said that he would prevent Ravindranath Kumar from taking oath. Kumar said, “The people have voted me to power, one must respect their verdict.”

Further speaking about the Madurai Bodi railway project, Ravindranath Kumar assured that he would speak to the railway minister and seek immediate action.
