Kanker: Three civilians were killed in Improvised Explosive Device (IED) planted by Naxals on September 24. The blast occurred in Chhattisgarh's Kanker district. Earlier, on September 23, three Naxals were gunned down by the police in an encounter in Visakhapatnam's Dorakonda area.
