Did Shehla Rashid bat for eating beef at Begusarai?

While addressing in a rally in Begusarai, Jammu and Kashmir People's Movement's Shehla Rashid quoted a massive controversy by saying rich people from metropolitan cities, even Hindus eat beef in the evening and consume alcohol along with it. She was campaigning for Kanhaiya Kumar at Begusarai. This has upset many in the constituency who claimed it was an unwarranted comment.
