Pranay, a Dalit Christian was recently murdered after his father-in-law, Maruthi Rao struck a deal with a group of assailants to kill for Rs 1 crore. Pranay fell victim to a cold-blooded murder in broad daylight, while returning from the hospital with his wife, Amrutha who hails from an upper caste family. The murder has ever since been an unpleasant topic for politicians to address, with every leader turning a blind eye towards the elephant in the room. Speaking exclusively to MyNation, Pranay’s cousin brother, Rakesh expresses his angst against the close to nil action taken against this gruesome crime.
