August 27, 2018, is the 110th birth anniversary of the legendary batsman Sir Donald George Bradman, fondly called 'The Don'. Widely regarded as the greatest batsman in the history of cricket, he scored 6996 runs in 52 Test matches at an average of 99.94, elevating him to God-like status. Donald Bradman died on February 25, 2001, at the age of 92 due to pneumonia. Google created a doodle and master-blaster Sachin Tendulkar tweeted on the birth anniversary of the legend.
