We don't have control over events but can control our reactions through Yoga: Swami Smarananandaji

The government of India commemorated Swami Paramahansa Yogananda’s 125th birth anniversary by organising talks on Kriya Yoga and meditation classes across the nation. Paramahansa Yogananda had introduced the universal Kriya Yoga Meditation 100 years ago by establishing Yogoda Satsanga Society of India. He is considered as the father of yoga and is also the author of the book 'Autobiography of a Yogi'. In the event conducted in Bengaluru, Swami Smarananandaji spoke about attaining joy, controlling actions and how Yoga can be beneficial in bringing peace to the mind and body.
