Thailand's ambassador to India Chutintorn Gongsakdi has expressed his disappointment over the issue of providing foreign aid for rehabilitation of flood-hit Kerala.
On Thursday evening, Thailand's ambassador posted a tweet where he spoke about Kerala flood relief. He said that the Thai government had proposed government-to-government assistance, but it was "politely refused" by India. The ambassador said he was "politely advised not to be present at handing over" ceremony when the companies would handover the relief amount.
