Cops beat up tourist from Chennai at Hogenakkal falls, torture him (Video)

Chennai: A tourist from Chennai was brutally beaten up by a sub-inspector and a home guard. After the attack, the cops took the tourist to the police station, allegedly stripped and tortured him. The tourist was reportedly arguing with authorities there over tickets to take a dip at Hogenakkal falls, Dharmapuri district, Tamil Nadu. Watching this, the police came and attacked the tourist on September 25.
