Ramanathapuram: On Tuesday night, a fisherman's head was severed after he rode into a parked paddy harvester at Sethu Nagar near Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu.
The police said Vicky alias Vigneswaran, 27, of Muthupettai Nagar was returning to Telangana's Regunathapuram in a two-wheeler when he crashed into the parked harvester. He had reportedly not switched on his headlight and was riding in the dark. His body crashed into the blades of the harvester severing his neck.
The Thirupullani police registered a case and shifted the corpse to a government hospital for post-mortem.
