Tamil Nadu: Car plunges into gorge in Ooty; 5 dead, 2 saved after 2 days (Video)

In a horrifying accident, a car was found in a gorge in Ooty, Tamil Nadu, on Wednesday (October 3). 5 of the 7 men who travelled in it were found dead. The accident took place on September 30. The police and the fire and rescue service officials were at the spot, recovering the bodies of those dead. The police has identified the deceased as Ravi Verma, Jeyakumar, Ibrahim, Amarnath and Jude Anto Kevin. The two men rescued by the forest department were identified as Ram Rajesh and Arun. They went to Ooty for sightseeing from Chennai. The two were immediately rushed to Ooty government hospital for medical treatment.
