Tamil Nadu: 15-year-old, suspected of stealing mobile phones, mob-lynched (Video)

P Balasubramani, a 15-year-old boy was reportedly lynched by an angry mob. They suspected him of stealing Rs 3,000 in cash and a mobile phone. The incident happened in Allaligoundanur near Jagathabi, Karur district, Tamil Nadu, on Saturday (September 22). The boy was allegedly tied to a pole and was beaten after being questioned by the neighbours. His body was found on Sunday (September 23) morning. The Karur police team led by DSP Kummaraj visited the village on Monday to investigate on this issue and arrested the five accused.
