Daughter claims Tamil actor Power Star Srinivasan kidnapped, police trace him to Ooty

Chennai: Kollywood’s Power Star Srinivasan of Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya fame has been reportedly kidnapped. His daughter Vaishnavi filed a complaint written by his wife Julie stating that he has disappeared with a huge sum of cash. But reports state that when police tried to contact him, he said that he was in Ooty on some work. He had also clarified that his wife was also with him. But the daughter spoke to the media and claimed that he has been kidnapped and that his phone as well as mother's phone was switched off. He is also known for financial misappropriations and several fraud and cheating cases have been filed against the actor.
