Dacoits shot at in Bengaluru that 'will not be allowed to house sleeper cells of Bangladeshis'

The two accused are involved in various dacoity cases in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Goa and Bengaluru. They used Bengaluru as their hide out.

Bengaluru: A day after deputy chief minister G Parameshwara stated that Karnataka government will not allow Bengaluru to become a sleeper cell for Bangladeshi immigrants and Rohingyas, Bengaluru police shot two Bangladeshi dacoits Muneer and Milan in self-defence. Both Muneer and Milan have been accused of involvement in dacoity cases in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Goa and Bengaluru. The accused are said to have committed robbery in various states and used Bengaluru as their hide out. When the cops came forward to arrest the two, they tried to attack police which forced the cops to fire in self-defence. Sub-inspector Jayaraj of KR Puram police station headed the operation.
