The Sri Lankan Navy personnel allegedly attacked fishermen hailing from Tamil Nadu's Ramanathapuram after sinking their boat in the open sea
Ramanathapuram: The Ramanathapuram police on Thursday alleged that the Sri Lankan Navy rammed into the Indian fishermen's boat they were fishing near Katchateevu. They reportedly detained four fishermen hailing from Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu. The police also alleged that the navy officers damaged the fishing nets and took away the GPS equipment.
