Kanyakumari bandh by BJP to protest Kerala govt's 'ill treatment' of Pon Radhakrishnan

Kanyakumari: Protesting against police officer's behaviour towards Union minister of state Pon Radhakrishna's request to allow private vehicles to Pamba, near Sabarimala, BJP is observing a bandh in Kanyakumari district, Tamil Nadu. All the shops are closed and no vehicles including government buses are plying on the road. Some buses have been damaged due to stone pelting. Pon Radhakrishnan was questioned if he would take the responsibility of any untoward incident near Pamba, if private vehicles are allowed. However, Pon Radhakrishnan was allowed because he was a VIP and a separate parking was arranged for VIP vehicles in Pamba.
