Rahul Gandhi condemns sexual harassment, but what about women in Congress?

The Congress president Rahul Gandhi, while addressing a gathering at Kampnagel Theater, Bucerius Summer School, Hamburg, Germany, talked about sexual harassment and how the country can deal with it. He said that, first and foremost, Indian men should change the way they look at women.

However, the question now arises as to why he was silent when cases of sexual harassment in his own party, the Congress, surfaced one after another.
