Pulwama terror attack: Martyr Guru’s mortal remains arrive in Bengaluru

Bengaluru: The mortal remains of CRPF martyr H Guru, who hailed from Mandya district, have arrived at Hindustan Aeronautical Limited (HAL) airport in Bengaluru on Saturday. The funeral of the martyred soldier will take place in his hometown Gudigere in Mandya on Saturday.

The family members of Pulwama terror attack martyr H Guru have been eagerly waiting for his mortal remains. The family was even protested demanding for an answer in the delay in handing over the body of their martyred son.

Guru hailed from Gudigere village in Mandya district. He lost his life in the dastardly terror attack on a CRPF convoy on February 14. Guru had spoken to his mother over the phone just hours before the barbaric act took place.

The Pulwama terror attack is one of the worst attacks on the armed forces. Forty CRPF personnel were martyred while travelling from Jammu to Srinagar. Terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) claimed responsibility for the attack.
