Physically disabled man refuses to take govt compensation; takes up farming

Gadag: Halappa Koppal of Gadag, Karnataka, lost his leg while playing in the school where he came in contact with an electric wire back in 1995. Karnataka Electricity Board and his school decided to pay a compensation of Rs 5 lakh. He refused to take the money. Halappa completed his college and decided to take up farming.
